How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 3-7 business days via DHL Express. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
How do I care for my vegan leather garments?
To maintain the quality of your vegan leather pieces, we recommend dry cleaning or a gentle hand wash with lukewarm water. Avoid direct heat and store them in a cool, dry place to prevent creasing.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For orders shipped to the EU, UK, and USA, duties and taxes are included. For other international destinations, customers may be responsible for import duties and taxes upon delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately processed by our warehouse. Therefore, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. You may, however, return the items once they have been delivered.
